Cine Chourangi - Entertainment & Utility Centre (EUC)

Cine Chourangi is a novel concept to provide entertainment and other services in the rural and semi urban areas of the country. Cine Chourangi will be constructed on a plot of approximately 15,000 sq. feet area. Each EUC will have 2 cinema screens having 100 seats and 75 seats, respectively. In addition, the EUC will have real estate that will be used for retail and providing other technology driven services such as virtual education, ATMs, etc.

Development of first ever Cine Chourangi EUC has been completed in Nagpur, where the theatre is fully operational as of 7th March 2026.

CEPL aims to establish over 100 EUCs across Maharashtra over a period of 3 years, and then over 500 EUCs across India.

CEPL has published the book ‘Zero for 5 – The Thrilling Cricket Journey of Pravin Amre’. The book is based on the Cricketing Journey of Mr. Pravin Amre and his evolution as a Coach.

  • CBDPL has done Earthwork (excavation, cut and fill) of approximately 17,69,619 m3 till date.
  • Development of a modern township of 31 acres at MIHAN, Nagpur. The Group has handed over possession to approx. 300 customers in the Modern Township ‘First City’ since February 2020.
  • Construction of houses and social infrastructure for 680 Project Affected People (PAP) at MIHAN, Nagpur. 
  • Proposed Development of Residential Township and Shopping Centre at 3.82 acres at MIHAN Nagpur with saleable area of approx. 5,50,000 sq.ft.  

Chourangi Developers Private Limited (CDPL)

Nature of Business

Slum rehabilitation, affordable housing, redevelopment of old cluster.

CDPL is the Owner and Developer of the land of 4 acres at Sainagar, Bhandup (East). CDPL will provide houses to 657 families living in chawls at free of cost under Slum Rehabilitation Scheme. CDPL will be developing ‘East End Heights’ with saleable area of approx. 7,20,000 sq.ft. carpet.

CDPL has been appointed as Developer by Slum Rehabilitation Authority to develop the land of 10 acres owned by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) with saleable area of approx. 16,00,000 sq.ft. carpet.

Chourangi Infrastructure Private Limited (CIPL)

IDFC First Bank has tied up with CIPL to provide NETC (National Electronic Toll Collection) for CIPL’s Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Toll System. Multilane Free Flow (MLFF) Demo Pilot Project conducted at Baswant Toll Plaza, Nasik.

 

Landmark Enviro-care Solutions Private Limited

Landmark Enviro-Care Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of advanced organic biotechnology solutions, purpose designed for wide variety of applications to combat diverse ecological challenges. Waste is treated with proprietary enzymes to reduce volume and odour.  Enzymes are 100% biodegradable and organic, completely safe to use, and find applications over a much broader range of geographical conditions. Enzymes eliminate odour, lower the accumulation of flies & insects, and speed up waste decomposition. Landmark Enviro-Care Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has demonstrated this at Bhandewadi Dump Yard at Nagpur. The demo started with the height of the garbage at 56 inch with very high odour level. The enzyme treatment was done for 5 days and within the span of 25 days the height of the garbage was reduced to 31 inch with negligible odour.

Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) Activities

Chourangi Group aims to contribute to society by engaging in philanthropic activities and charities. Atul D. Shirodkar, Managing Director of Chourangi Group, is the President and Trustee of Kailaswasi Laxmanrao Mankar Trust, which gives free basic education to 33,000 tribal students of Vidarbha, Maharashtra, He is an advisor to the Bandekar College of Fine Arts, Sawantwadi.

  1. Telemedicine Platform Design for Goa State
    The State Government of Goa in collaboration with the Chourangi Group will set up a free telemedicine platform for residents of Goa. Chourangi has sponsored the marketing for and logistics of maintaining the telemedicine platform.  
  2. Acharekar Cricket Academy
    Atul D. Shirodkar is the Director of Acharekar Cricket Academy. It is a non-profit cricket academy run and shall be operated through its technical consultant, Shri. Pravin K. Amre, in collaboration with the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Goa. It will provide state-of-the-art, international-standard cricket training & facilities to young talent from various parts of India. The academy is based in Goa and will be offering cricket coaching to its first 100 players free of cost.
