ATUL SHIRODKAR

Atul Shirodkar is the Founder & Managing Director of Chourangi Group of Companies (formerly known as Reatox Group) and has 30 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, and R&D in the field of urban planning.

Mr. Shirodkar has served as a Director (Business Development) at Scott Wilson Kirkpatric India, a 100% subsidiary of Scott Wilson Kirkpatric UK, a World Bank shortlisted consultancy firm which was involved in the prestigious Mumbai – Pune Expressway project and in Urban & SEZ planning of Multimodal International Hub Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN).

Under Mr. Shirodkar’s visionary leadership, Chourangi Group has completed initial construction projects of approx 17 lakhs sq.ft. in Mumbai’s suburbs of Malad and Vasai-Virar and launched India’s first Modern Township Project, titled “First City”, in 31 acres of land at MIHAN.

Apart from his business ventures, Mr. Shirodkar also serves as President of Maharashtra Economic Development Council (MEDC), a reputable research and capacity building non-profit organization, as well as President of Kai. Laxmanrao Mankar Trust, an esteemed NGO serving the tribal communities of Maharashtra.
