ATUL SHIRODKAR

Atul Shirodkar is the Founder & Managing Director of Chourangi Group (formerly known as Reatox Group) of Companies having 30 years of experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Research and Development of Innovative Technologies.

Atul was Director (Business Development) of Scott Wilson Kirkpatric (India), 100% subsidiary of Scott Wilson Kirkpatric (UK), a World Bank shortlisted Consultancy Firm which was involved in the prestigious project of Mumbai – Pune Expressway and Urban & SEZ planning of Multimodal International Hub Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN). MIHAN is a project of Govt. of Maharashtra having land area of 4534 Hectares.

Atul led the foundation of Chourangi Group in 2006 which has been dealing with Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure Development, Conversion of Organic Waste to Compost, Research and Development of Innovative Technologies such as ANPR based Electronic Toll Payment Solution, Manufacturing and Marketing of Ayurvedic Products / Herbal Foods / Nutraceuticals / Health Supplement Products, Telemedicine, Cricket Academy, Publication, E-commerce, Cinema Theatre in rural areas of India.

Members of Consortium of Chourangi Group has completed initial construction projects of approx 17 lakhs sq.ft. in Mumbai’s suburbs of Malad and Vasai-Virar. Chourangi Group launched first Modern Township Project ‘FIRST CITY’ in 31 acres of land at Multimodal International Hub Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN). Although the project landed into the controversies of State and Central Government on residential area in SEZ for 7 years, Chourangi Group handed over the possession of flats to 376 customers of First City.
